Racing Post Greyhound TV offers live greyhound racing on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights on Sky Channel 468 and Freesat 250 from a number of greyhound tracks up and down the country.

A venture that first aired on December 9, 2011, it is hosted by the Racing Post, but is in co-operation with Bet365, Betfair, Coral, William Hill and Ladbrokes and offers punters two live meetings each night and covers some of the leading action over the weekend.

With Sky Sports covering the main competitions throughout the year, the addition of RPGTV certainly hands greyhound racing another avenue to broadcast the sport and early signs have shown that it has been an instant success.

Live Meetings

Hove, Monmore Green, Romford, Sunderland, Crayford, Wimbledon, Henlow & Newcastle every Monday to Sunday between 7:15pm and 10:45pm.

RPGTV Presenters

Errol Blyth

An old stalwart of the greyhound world, Errol Blyth will be known to most as the commentator on Sky Sports greyhound coverage, but he has had a very successful career working in front of the camera and behind the microphone for various bookmakers.

Darrell Williams

As well as presenting in bookmakers and also on At The Races, Darrell Williams will be joining the RPGTV team to cover some of the action over the three days.  Often the stand-in commentator for Sky Sports, when colleague Errol Blyth is unavailable, Williams can also be seen interviewing connections before races on Sky.

Jason Barrasford

Jason is regarded as one of the leading horse racing and greyhound tipsters and has been seen on a plethora of other broadcasting shows.  His work on William Hill TV covering both sports has seen him grab a good following and no doubt he will bring some expert tipping to RPGTV.

Jonathan Hobbs

Mostly known for his on-camera antics with Tony Ennis on the Sky Sports coverage of greyhound racing, Jonathan Hobbs is also one of the leading greyhound writers for the the Racing Post and has a vast knowledge of the sport.

Hobbsy's choice is always a popular feature on the Sky broadcasts and no doubt punters will be treated to some fantastic tips during the greyhound coverage on RPGTV.

Phil Donaldson

Another Racing Post employee who is often handed the job of producing the Pricewise column in the paper and often unearths some big priced winners for the live greyhound action.

Jonathan Kay

Chief greyhound correspondent for the Racing Post, Jonathan Kay is another shrewd judge when it comes to tipping and will be an integral part of the broadcasting team providing the audience with an in-depth knowledge and some vital tips along the way.
